Mr. And Mrs. Mason Spokane

Basil and Phila Mason, Spokane, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary next Sunday with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall, 3004 E. Queen.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Gene and Joanne Krotke, Port Townsend, Wash.; Edward and JoAnna Mason, Priest River, Idaho; and Ken and Karen Kreft, Spokane.

Married Oct. 5, 1935, in Spokane, the Masons have eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
