Islanders Sign Clark

Hours after completing a three-way trade involving the Islanders, Devils and Avalanche for Colorado’s holdout forward, Wendel Clark, Islanders general manager Don Maloney came to terms with the soon-to-be-29-year-old Clark on a three-year deal. Terms were not released.

The San Jose Sharks signed free-agent defenseman Sandis Ozolinsh to a new contract, the terms of which were not released by the team.
