Man Robs Bank, Didn’t Show Gun

A south Spokane bank was robbed Wednesday afternoon by a man who handed a clerk a note demanding money.

The robbery occurred at the Seafirst Bank on East 29th just before 1:30 p.m. The man did not display a weapon, and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described as white, in his 30s, about 6 feet tall, 210 pounds with black, graying hair. He wore a dark jacket, black trousers and running shoes.

A red car was seen leaving the area immediately after the robbery, but police do not know if the man was inside. No one was injured.
