O’Grady To Host War Movies

From Staff And Wire Reports

Air Force Capt. Scott O’Grady, who was shot down over Bosnia in June and rescued six days later, will appear throughout a Veterans Day weekend showing of 15 war movies on cable’s TNT.

“Operation TNT” films will include “Air Force” (1943), “The Bridges at Toko-Ri” (1954), and “Strategic Air Command” (1955) during the four-day special from Nov. 10-13.

As host of the weekend programming, O’Grady will talk about his combat experiences. TNT also will broadcast letters from viewers, to be read by celebrities, about loved ones who have served in the military and other topics.
