Compiled From Wire Services

A motorist accused of punching a bicyclist who cut him off in traffic was charged Monday with involuntary manslaughter.

Garold Elliott Jr., 39, fell from the force of the punch and hit his head. He died four hours later.

Police said the driver, John Randolph Jr., 21, followed Elliott for several blocks and tried to run him down, then got out of his car and punched him.
