Witherspoon Completes Real Estate Business Course
Diana Witherspoon has completed a specialized real estate business course conducted by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors’ National Marketing Institute.
Witherspoon is a sales associate with Tomlinson Black North Idaho, Inc. The two-day course was the final class in her qualification for certified residential specialist.
The Women’s Forum of Coeur d’Alene honored the following women at its 12th-annual Career Excellence Awards presentation in Post Falls:
Michelle Britton, regional director for Region I Department of Health and Welfare, received the 1994 Public Service Award.
Ila Jones, adult basic education instructor at North Idaho College, received the 1994 Education Award.
Carrie Stuart Parks, a forensic artist, received the 1994 Spirit of the American Woman Award.
Fred Harris of Harris/Dean Insurance in Coeur d’Alene, received the Agent of the Year Award from the Idaho Insurance Underwriters Association at its 71st-annual convention of the Independent Insurance Agents of Idaho Inc. in Sun Valley. Harris was cited for his professionalism and industry and civic involvement.
George Remington, Moscow Insurance Agency, received the Outstanding Service Award from the American Association of Managing General Agents for his efforts on the membership committee.
