Chuck Pyle Appearing At Brewery

Southwestern-acoustic guitarist Chuck Pyle will perform Thursday at 8 p.m. at Hales Ale Brewery, 5634 E. Commerce.

Pyle, a singer/songwriter, will play his original works, some of which have been recorded by such artists as John Denver, Chris LeDoux and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Pyle recently completed a one-man theater piece and signed with Waterbug, a prestigious singer-songwriter label.

Pyle’s writing style has been described by some critics as fresh and distinctive; his poetic vocals tell of the West he knows and understands.

Tickets are available for $10 at Street Music, 117 N. Howard, or by calling 535-1868; tickets are $12 at the door.
