The observers killed in the attack on the U.N-marked vehicle were Maj. Aljayousy Ziyad of Jordan and Capt. Murai Shakespeare of Zimbabwe, said Alioune Blondin Beye, the U.N. special envoy to Angola.
The dead aid worker is Chris Seward, 46, of the humanitarian organization Oxfam, a British-based independent agency.
