Counselor To Talk About Kids And Drugs

The Bonner County School District and Sandpoint Middle School Parents Organization is sponsoring a workshop on drug and alcohol abuse among young people.

“Understanding Drugs Better Than Your Kids Do” will be presented by certified addiction counselor Tito Tiberi at 6 p.m. next Tuesday in the Washington Elementary School Library.

Tiberi will discuss why kids use drugs, what the drugs of choice are and how to recognize the signs of drug abuse.

Tiberi also will provide information on where people can turn to for help in the community.
