Spain Gymnasts Win Gold

Spain won its first-ever gold and three new champions were crowned as the World Gymnastics Championships drew to a close.

For the United States, Saturday’s finals yielded one medal - a bronze on the balance beam for Dominique Dawes, who bounced back from a disappointing 11th place in the uneven bars to post her best showing of the meet.
