Spokane Woman Killed, 3 Injured In Wyoming Accident
A Spokane woman was killed and her husband and two grandchildren injured when the car she was driving rolled more than three times on Interstate 25 near here, authorities said.
Mary Jane Apitz, 66, died Thursday when she apparently fell asleep and the car she was driving entered the median on a curve, Wyoming Highway Patrol Lt. Mike Dayton said.
The car skidded sideways and rolled. A 8-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl were thrown from the car, Dayton said. Apitz was partially thrown from the car, while her husband remained inside the car.

Officials at a Casper hospital said the three injured passengers were in stable condition as of Thursday night. No other information was released.
