Young Sex Offender Wanted On Warrant

Spokane police are looking for a 15-year-old sex offender wanted on a felony warrant.

Robert Stephen Watt is suspected of violating his probation.

Watt, who has been a registered sex offender in Washington since he was 12, has convictions for rape, indecent exposure and indecent liberties in the past three years, police said.

He is considered likely to commit more sex crimes and has a volatile personality, police said.

Watt is a Native American. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
