Church Of Nazarene Having Annual Dinner

Pasadena Park Church of the Nazarene will serve its 14th annual prime rib dinner at 6:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. Live Big Band music will be performed throughout the evening to coincide with the dinner’s 1940’s theme.

Tickets are $7.50 for adults, $4 for teens age 13-19, $2 for children age 6 to 12, and children under the age of five eat free.

Those interested in buying tickets or arranging child care for the evening should call the church office at 926-5858.

The church will also hold a special communion service for families at 6 p.m. on Sunday. The service is designed to give closure to the Christmas season and welcome the new year. The church is at 8822 E. Upriver Drive.

Good Shepherd Lutheran , Good Shepherd Lutheran Church will have special worship services Sunday at 8:30 and 11 a.m. The two services will feature Christmas carols chosen and sung by church members. The church is located at 810 S. Sullivan.
