Man Hit By Car Suffers Leg, Internal Injuries

A Spokane man suffered a broken leg and possible internal injuries Sunday when he was hit by a car in the Valley.

Christ Ost, 43, was struck about 9 p.m. after he walked into traffic near Mission and Sullivan, the Washington State Patrol said.

He was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center where he was listed in satisfactory condition Monday.

The driver of the car, 21-year-old Timothy Porter of Cheney, was not cited in the accident. , DataTimes
