Medical Lake Overcomes East Valley, Avenges Home Loss

Home-court advantage was of little help during this year’s Medical Lake-East Valley series.

Carlos Simmons scored 26 and Vince Moore made 6 of 7 field goals to lead visiting Medical Lake to a 73-60 non-league win over EV on Tuesday.

The Cardinals (6-4) held high-scoring Brad Wilson to two points and avenged a home loss to the Knights (2-7). EV’s James Spotted Horse had six rebounds.
