Spokane Man Faces Rape Charge

A Spokane man was charged Tuesday with the rape of a girl near Loon Lake.

David R. Craig, 33, was arrested Monday in Cheney and charged with second-degree rape.

Craig is being held in the Stevens County Jail. Bail was set at $100,000.
