Woman Injured When Package Explodes

A woman was seriously injured Friday after a package allegedly sent by her estranged boyfriend exploded inside her home.

A warrant was issued for Eugene Gresham, a 50-year-old truck driver who has lived in Texas and Arkansas, Wise County Sheriff Phil Ryan said.

Cheryl Taylor, 30, was in critical condition.

Ryan said his office has investigated allegations of theft and threats filed by Taylor and Gresham against each other for the past four months.
