Blake Appointed To Higher Ed Board

Spokane businesswoman Kristianne Blake has been appointed to the Spokane Joint Center for Higher Education governing board.

Blake, who owns an accounting and financial planning firm, will serve a four-year term.

The state agency board, made up of 15 volunteer members, oversees the Spokane Intercollegiate Research and Technology Institute (SIRTI) and Riverpoint Higher Education Park.

Blake is also vice president of the Community Colleges of Spokane foundation, and a member of the United Way and YMCA boards in Spokane.
