Foreman-Moorer Rematch Off

A Feb. 29 rematch between former heavyweight champions George Foreman and Michael Moorer is off, the victim of a dispute between promoter Bob Arum and Time Warner Sports.

Arum said conditions demanded by Time Warner Sports president Seth Abraham for the bout were unacceptable, and said he was trying to reschedule the fight for April without the company.

The fight was supposed to be Foreman’s last.
