Saudi Princess Charged In Boston

A Saudi princess pleaded innocent Monday to charges she assaulted a flight attendant during a trip from Paris to Boston.

Salwa Qahanti, 43, was arrested Saturday when her TWA flight landed at Logan International Airport. She was released without bail.

It was unclear how the fight began, and TWA officials refused to comment.

The princess is married to Prince Abdullah bin Faisal, a son of Saudi Arabia’s King Fahd.
