Vanderbilt Women Lose Again

At Oxford, Miss., Yolanda Moore scored 23 points, eight in the first 4 minutes, as No. 23 Mississippi (13-4, 3-1 SEC) built a quick lead en route to beating No. 5 Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt (14-2, 3-2) won its first 14 games before losing 85-82 at No. 2 Tennessee on Friday.

At Tuscaloosa, Ala., Sholanda Enis scored 20 points and led No. 17 Alabama back from a 13-point second half deficit as the Crimson Tide (16-3, 4-2 SEC), beat No. 25 Auburn 69-67. The Tigers dropped to 13-4, 2-3.
