FOR THE RECORD: 7-30-96 CLARIFICATION: Helen Keane is running for commissioner from District 3 of the Pend Oreille County Public Utility District. The position she is seeking was reported incorrectly Saturday in a list of Eastern Washington candidates in the September primary election.
