Basketball
Registration is under way for the summer women’s basketball Gold Division that runs June 21-Aug. 1 in the Spokane Community College gymnasium.
The league is for high school, college and adult competitive-level players. Cost is $45 per player. Teams play a minimum nine-game schedule with playoffs for the top four teams.

Graham Dunham, a 6-foot-2 guard, who played for 1994 State B champion Northwest Christian and played his senior season at Shadle Park, has signed a letter of intent to play at Whatcom Community College in Bellingham.
Dunham, a two-time All-Panorama League selection at NWC and a 1994 State B all-tournament pick, will help Whatcom launch its basketball program. The school has never competed in athletics before. , DataTimes
