Tate Races To Hydrofair Win

Mark Tate piloted his Smokin’ Joe’s unlimited hydroplane to victory with a speed of 137.49 mph in the final heat of the Kansas City Hydrofair.

Dave Villwock’s Pico-American Dream finished second and Mark Evans of Wenatchee, piloting Miss Budweiser, finished third.
