When it comes to athletics, the music played can affect how the players play. So says a CD survey conducted by Black Pearl Records. Among the indie label’s findings: 98 percent of American League outfielders say they’ve experienced their worst defensive games, committing an average of two errors per game, after listening to a country singer perform the national anthem.
