Literacy Fair To Help Parents Read To Kids

Parents can get information and inspiration on reading to their children Thursday at a free event sponsored by Spokane County Head Start.

The Literacy Fair runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Institute for Extended Learning’s Hillyard Center, 4410 N. Market.
