Decatur 66, Mercer Island 63

Quincy Wilder registered 33 points, 10 rebounds and five assists Friday to lead Decatur (21-6) to a semifinal win over Mercer Island (20-9) in the boys State AAA high school basketball tournament at Seattle’s KeyArena.

The unranked Gators, on an 11-game winning streak, will meet top-ranked Sehome in tonight’s final.

Mercer Island, which missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer, will play Evergreen for third and sixth places.

Wilder made 14 of 33 from the field. His 33 attempts were two short of the tournament record. His 81 points in three games lead the tourney.
