Advice Available For Flood Victims

Two hazard mitigation technical specialists are in the St. Maries area to help people rebuilding after the flood.

The two specialists are available to home and business owners to answer questions about building in the floodplain, retrofitting and floodproofing existing buildings. They will be available until the end of March, said the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

People wishing to contact the specialists should contact the Disaster Recovery Center at the Washington Water Power building on College Avenue. , DataTimes
