Air Quality

The following air quality complaints were made between March 4 and March 10, according to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority:

March 4

Smoke and odor from a solid-fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace, was reported in the 2700 block of North University Road at 11 a.m.

Odor from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 5012 N. Snow Owl at 5:08 p.m.

March 5

Odor from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 5012 N. Snow Owl at 5 p.m.

March 6

Smoke and odor from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 5012 N. Snow Owl at 3:57 p.m.

Open fire was reported in the 500 block of North Steen at 4:56 p.m.

March 8

Smoke from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 2127 E. Heroy at 2:30 p.m.

Smoke and odor from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 7926 E. Nora at 11:20 p.m.

March 9

Smoke from a solid-fuel burning device was reported at 201 W. Barnes Road at 11 a.m.

March 10

Odor of compost was reported at Ecocycle. 3505 N. Lyons Road, at 8:35 a.m.
