Boys Tell Police Man Shot At Them

From Staff And Wire Reports

A man fired a shotgun at two 11-year-old boys riding off-road vehicles in northeast Spokane County Saturday afternoon.

The boys were riding in the woods a half-mile northwest of the 3900 block of East Bridges Road about 1:45 p.m., sheriff’s Lt. David Wiyrick said.

A man in his 40s told the boys to get out and fired two shots at them, Wiyrick said.

He was of medium build with a black beard, the boys told authorities. He was wearing a black leather cap and jacket. He was possibly wearing a red shirt. , DataTimes
