Fidelity Joins TV Age

New York Times

Fidelity investments, the dominant mutual-fund company, will for the first time launch a major television advertising campaign, sources said.

Network television is a departure for Fidelity, which mostly runs print ads highlighting the performance of specific funds.

The new commercials focus on the company’s image. They are scheduled to debut Thursday during CBS broadcasts of the NCAA basketball tournament.
