Queen, Prince Philip Wrap Up Czech Tour

Queen Elizabeth II wound up her visit to the Czech Republic on Friday with a brief tour of Prague enlivened by thousands of flag-waving citizens.

The queen and Prince Philip were on a three-day official visit to the Central European country on the invitation of President Vaclav Havel.

The queen received a symbolic key for the city’s gates before viewing the Town Hall’s astronomical clock, one of the city’s best-known tourist attractions.
