We were able to find some places to send canceled stamps.

Stamps for the Wounded, PO Box 9176, Silver Spring, MD 20916

Stamps for Veterans, PO Box 398, Depew, NY 14043-0398

Stamps for Children, Harold Effner Jr., 27 Pine St., Lincroft, NJ 07738

You can also drop stamps at your local VA hospital at Voluntary Services or Recreation and Therapy.
