Red Cross Appeals For Aid For North Korea

Compiled From Wire Services

George Weber, secretary-general of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, told a news briefing here that the agency is running out of money to operate its feeding program for 130,000 North Koreans affected by flooding last fall.
