Authorities Identify Driver Killed In One-Car Accident

Odell J. Payseur, 35, of Spokane, was identified Saturday as the driver killed in a one-car crash in the Valley.

Payseur was driving west on SR 290 near Wellesley Avenue Friday night when he lost control of his car and slammed it into a dirt embankment, the Washington State Patrol said.

The car then bounced across the road, hit a bridge and rolled onto its top. Payseur was trapped underneath, troopers said.
