Yeltsin Moved From Intensive Care Unit

Compiled From Wire Services

President Boris Yeltsin left the intensive care unit of a hospital where he underwent a heart bypass operation on Tuesday and returned to the Kremlin hospital on Friday, making it easier for him to resume work.

The move was ahead of schedule and at the Russian president’s insistence, but Yeltsin’s doctors agreed to the move because all tests are normal and Yeltsin is making a speedy recovery.
