Lehman Wraps It Up

British Open winner Tom Lehman kept up his hot play, shooting 2-under-par over the closing nine holes to win the PGA Grand Slam of Golf at Poipu, Hawaii.

Coupled with his 8-under 100 over the first 27 holes, Lehman won the $400,000 first-place check with a tournament-record 10-under-par 134.

Tom Watson closed with a rush of birdies as he fired a 5-under-par 66 for a one-shot lead after the opening round of the Dunlop Phoenix tournament at Miyazaki, Japan.
