Leaf finds tight end Knuff on consecutive plays over the middle, each gaining 23 yards. On fourth-and-1 from the Stanford 10, DeJuan Gilmore runs over the right side for 2.

Dunn takes kick 37 yards to the Stanford 43. Three plays later, Hutchinson beats WSU safety blitz with quick pass to Dunn.

Truant 40-yard field goal. 57-yard drive in 14 plays, 6:08. WSU uses two heads-up plays on the drive. On the first, the Cougars appear stopped for no gain when Knuff laterals to Kevin McKenzie, who runs 23 yards to the WSU 48.
