Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Tiffany J. Bailey 20, Spokane, non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $7,500 bond.

Jeffrey W. Crandall 42, Rathdrum, failure to appear/non-sufficient funds checks, $10,000 bond.

Jason D. Frank 19, Coeur d’Alene, governor’s warrant/worthless checks, no bond.

Tina D. Johnson 31, Spokane, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon, $5,000 bond.

Gerald D. Overman 21, Caldwell, Idaho, parole violation/burglary, grand theft, and failure to appear/trespassing and obstructing justice, $3,500 bond.
