Library Storm Story Has Happy Ending On Book Fines

Spokane city library patrons will get a break on overdue fines for items returned to branches closed by bad weather.

All city libraries closed Nov. 20. All resumed operating on Nov. 21 except for the Shadle and South Hill branches, which stayed closed until Monday.
