At a glance:Goal-starved Ams improved Wednesday with the addition of 19-year-old Czech center Petr Sachl, their first pick in the Import Player Draft. With journeymen Matt Sharuga from Prince Albert and Mark Smith from Saskatoon, T-C picked up three new forwards this week. Sachl, a fifth-round pick of the New York Islanders, should boost T-C’s paltry 1.81 goals-per-game average. Chiefs’ Hamilton and Jared Smyth are back from head injuries.
