No Mail Service For The Holiday

You can take out your garbage, but not pick up your mail today, the official federal observance of Columbus Day.

Waste Management Inc. will be running its regular schedule of garbage collection. All post offices will be closed.

Coeur d’Alene city offices are closed, as are Kootenai County offices. Idaho state liquor stores remain open but most banks are closed.

All North Idaho school districts will be holding classes.
