Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. If you have any information, contact the sheriff’s department at (208) 664-1511.

FELONIES

Stephen N. Ferguson 30, Post Falls, non-sufficient funds checks, $1,000 bond.

Mark J. Niswender 21, Spirit Lake, aggravated assault, battery, $10,500 bond.

Steven D. Lassiter 38, Spokane, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Jeffrey W. Crandall 42, Rathdrum, non-sufficient funds checks, $5,000 bond.

Jennifer M. Alpers 18, Coeur d’Alene, forgery, $2,000 bond.
