3 More Teens Held In Football Team Heists

Three more teenagers were arrested in a string of at least 20 holdups allegedly involving members of a high school football team, bringing to nine the number of students taken into custody.

All of the teenagers attend Granger High School in suburban West Valley City.

The latest arrests took place Thursday afternoon and overnight. Six members of the football team were arrested on Tuesday.

Investigators said at least three other students are wanted for questioning in the string of robberies, which began in June and took place at fast-food restaurants and other stores.
