Lectures On Thinking Scheduled

Thinkference, a conference for educators about analytical, logical and creative thinking, is at Cavanaugh’s Inn at the Park Friday and Saturday.

A portion of the conference has been opened to the general public.

Keynote speaker Richard Paul, director of the Center for Critical Thinking at Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, Calif., will speak about the importance of critical thinking.

Paul will speak Friday and Saturday from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Cost for the lectures is $10 at the door.

Cost for educators who wish to attend the entire Thinkference is $165.

The conference is sponsored by the Washington Association of Educators of the Talented and Gifted.
