A 3-year-old boy who disappeared from a day care program at a local elementary school was found Wednesday evening, nearly 36 hours after he was reported missing.
Lamar Arnold was one of three Washington-area children to have disappeared this week in what police say are unrelated cases. Two of the children are still missing.
The boy was found, apparently unharmed, “wandering in a hallway” of an apartment building in another section of the city about four miles from the school, according to a police statement. The statement said he was found by a citizen, but provided no further details.
