Sharon and Melvin Lawson, have been approved for a license to sell beer and/or wine at retail in bottles or original containers for off-premises consumption and wine for off-premises consumption (wines restricted to those having less than 14 percent alcohol by volume) at P.D.Q., 502 N. Freya, Spokane.

Service America Corporation has paid a monetary penalty of $250 in order to vacate a suspension of license privileges, to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Service America, 720 W. Main, No. B, Spokane. The license or employee was charged with supplying liquor to a person 18 years of age.

Top Hat Pub Inc. has paid a monetary penalty of $250 in order to vacate a suspension of license privileges to sell spirituous liquor, beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales at Top Hat Pub and Grill, 6412 N. Division, Spokane. The licensee, or employee, was charged with allowing a person apparently under the influence of liquor to consume liquor on the licensed premises.

The licensee or employee was charged with supplying liquor to a person under 21 years of age and allowing the said person to remain on the licensed premises and consume liquor.
