Coeur d’Alene police

Thomas Simon reported Sept. 20 the $400 theft of a mountain bike from a construction site on the corner of Haycraft and U.S. Highway 95.

Shawn Smithson, contractor for Mansions Contractors, reported Tuesday $500 structural damage to a construction site on the 3600 block of Steven Place.

Mitch Sisson, employee of The Coeur d’Alene Resort, reported Thursday $1,300 damage to the windows of his car and the $160 theft of fishing tackle while it was parked at the business parking lot at 301 First St.

Evelyn Bavacque, owner of Double Shot Espresso, reported Wednesday $425 damage to the window of the business at 220 Ironwood Drive.

Kootenai County sheriff

Donald McNett, Rathdrum, reported Wednesday the $1,475 theft of jewelry, cash, coins and a pistol from his home on the 11100 block of U.S. Highway 41.

Kevin Kok, Post Falls, reported Tuesday the $500 theft of 40 compact discs from a home on the 300 block of Hughes Lane.

Connie Ponsness, Coeur d’Alene, reported Tuesday the $670 theft of cash and $200 damage to a glass door of her home on the 12300 block of Loffs Bay Road.

Cory Bowles, Post Falls, reported Monday the $1,460 theft of a CD player and stereo equipment and $150 damage to the door of his truck while it was parked at his home on the 1000 block of Greensferry Road.
