Hints From Heloise

King Features Syndicate

Dear Heloise: In the Houston Chronicle I read a letter to you from a lady in South Carolina who advised keeping track of rented VCR tapes by listing them in an old address book. I wanted to add to that idea.

I list all movies that we see on television, rather than rent, on cable or on the basic networks. I use an old calendar - the vertical sort. At the top of each page (each page is for one week), I simply put the letters of the alphabet and then list the movies accordingly. It helps when checking out the movies to be shown since without the list, we don’t always recognize titles of films we have seen. - Lilyan Rogers, Montgomery, Texas
