Doctor Fails Again To Regain License

Associated Press

A Rexburg gynecologist accused of botching operations and seducing a patient has lost another round in his bid to regain his Idaho license.

But Brent Woodfield, 50, said he will continue his legal battle with the Idaho Board of Medicine,

Fourth District Judge Deborah Bail rejected Woodfield’s appeal of last May’s license revocation, holding that he had repeatedly failed to turn over documents supporting his claim.

Woodfield, now working at an Indian health facility in Oklahoma, maintained that he withheld the documents because state investigators refused to turn over records they have on his case.
